Browse Archived Records

The Archived Records option in the Browse menu allows you to view archived accounts in your archive database. Accounts are archived during the upgrade process or through the Tools, Archive option. When you are viewing the archived accounts, you may unarchive the record or records, using the Tools, Archive option.

tip.gif At any time, you can select Browse Archived Records to switch to the Archive database. This makes your archived accounts available for searching and printing reports, as well as viewing.

Archived Clients

Select Archived Clients to view the list of Client records in your archive database.

tip.gif Clients with an asterisk [*] are not archived. They are simply place holders for the archived debtors belonging to these clients. You may select the client item to view the debtors archived for the client.

Archived Debtors

Select Archived Debtors to view the list of Debtor records in your archive database.

tip.gif When you are viewing an archived debtor or a list of archived debtors, you can select Tools, Archive to restore the account(s) to your working database.
